Cancellation Timeframes

Standard Bookings: We kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations or changes to your reservation at least [3-6] hours prior to your scheduled pickup time to avoid any cancellation charges.

  • SUVs and Minivans: 6 hours before the scheduled time, 24 hours prior to avoid late cancellation charges.
  • Sedans: 3 Hours prior to schedule to avoid late cancellation fee.
  • Limousines, Mini bus and Party bus: 72 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid late cancellation charges.
  • Motor Coach: 3 Weeks prior to the planned time.

Airport Transfers: For airport pickups, we recommend canceling or rescheduling your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

 Cancellation Charges:

   – If a cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, no cancellation fee will be applied.

   – Cancellations made after the specified timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 1% of the total reservation cost.
